As I mentioned last week, I’m excited to participate in Audrey’s style challenge over at Putting Me Together. This week, the challenge is to wear something bright. “Bright?…Hmmm…” I said to no one in particular as I stared into my closet. And then, there they were. My bright, cobalt blue jeans, winking at me from their hangar. Once I decided to go with a bright bottom, the top was a piece of cake. I went with my jeweled, cowl neck tunic sweater. Easy, peasy. I really love wearing this sweater. (For those counting, this is the 3rd appearance on the blog already – and I just got it January 1st). The jeweled neckline means I don’t have to figure out a necklace or a scarf to add to it. It works on it’s own and that makes it so darn nice.
How about you? Are you playing along with Audrey? I’d love to hear about what you are wearing. You can add the hashtag
#PMTstylechallenge on instagram to showcase your look.
Whenever I hear someone comment that they don’t feel close to God anymore, I remember hearing a pastor once say “If you don’t feel close to God – who moved?” I love that! God is the same yesterday, today and always.
Jeremiah 29:12-14 “Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you” declares the Lord.
