Friends, I’m cracking up looking at the pics of me on our front porch. You see, it was the beginning of yet another storm and I’m watching the flakes start to fall. I however, look like I’m dreaming of spring!
Plaid and gingham. Not the same thing, but kissing cousins. Today I’m wearing my black and white gingham button up blouse and a plaid scarf in the same colors plus red. The key to successful print mixing is to keep in the same color family. I topped it off with my red(ish) cardigan, black ponte pants and riding boots.
Since I’m in dreaming of Spring mode, I think I’ll show a ‘transition’ to Spring outfit tomorrow. Stop by for a look!
How about you? Are you dreaming of Spring too? Are you starting to put some outfits together? I’d love to hear about it!
The Rundown: Cardigan, blouse – Target; Ponte pants – Gap; Boots – Macy’s; Mini Transport Tote – Madwell; Scarf – gift.
Paul offers a glimpse into the future to give us hope that one day we will be complete when we see God face to face:
1 Corinthians 13:11-12 “When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.”
Have a lovely day my friends!
