I don’t know about you, but I have been seeing tassel necklaces everywhere lately! They are so cute and a great way to add a pop of color to your outfit. The only downside is that they can be fairly pricey.
I came across this post from Merrick’s Art where she shows how to make one, and it looked pretty easy. Perfect!
- bead necklace or plain chain necklace
- assorted colored, wooden beads
- embroidery floss
- mini lobster claw clips
Since the lobster claw is on the tassel, you can make several of them to match all your outfits! Simply clip on the color of the day! This was very inexpensive to make. I picked up everything at JoAnn’s.
What do you think? Will you join me on the tassel train? (Whoa – corny alliteration alert!) I’ll be linking up with the Create28 girls for Pinned It- Spinned It.
Proverbs 3:5 (AMP) Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own understanding. Trust God from the bottom of your heart, don’t try to figure out everything on your own.
Have a lovely day my friends!
