Words to live by: 1 Corinthians 7:17 Nevertheless, each one should retain the place in life that the Lord assigned to him and to which God has called him. God has place you where you are for a reason. Live as a Christian wherever you are.
Summer is over and it’s back to work for me! I decided to start the new school year off with a new “do”! I walked into my hairdresser and said “I’m ready for change. What to do you think?” She was so excited to do something new with my hair and I have been her client for about 5 years and totally trust her. The only request I had was to go a little darker. I felt like the the blonde, especially as it fades, was aging me. So here is my new do:
It’s a bob with a slightly longer front and is stacked in the back. The color is one full shade darker. It used to be a Redkin #7 and now it is a #6. She also gave me some fresh highlights to give it some demention.
This is an outfit I will be wearing this week at school. This is definitely a fall transition look. I’m wearing my olive green skirt, which goes with EVERYTHING, with a floral printed, sleeveless blouse. I’ll throw on my denim jacket to drive to work, but by the time school starts, I won’t need it anymore. The olive color say “Fall”, while my sleeveless blouse say “not yet”.
It’s been a great summer and I have enjoyed connecting with so many of you! I hope that I’ll be able to keep posting at least a couple of times a week. And now, to get some shut eye since I have to get up with an alarm again!
Have a lovely day my friends!
