Don’t let the green color scare you. This is my favorite breakfast. It’s delicious, nutritious and low in sugar.
Into a regular blender (you don’t need a juicer for this one) put 1 banana, a cup to a cup and half of almond milk, a good sized scoop of almond butter (don’t substitute peanut butter-it’s not the same at all), a good sized handful of spinach and some ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
