Words to live by: Ephesians 1:5 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless (perfect, without sin) in his sight. In love he predestined us to be adopted as sons through Jesus Christ in accordance with his pleasure and will. Predestined is another way of saying that salvation is God’s work and not anything of our own doing.
We have enjoyed “Spirit Week” at school this week! Since we are the “Tigers”, we had fun wearing our tiger colors yesterday, then enjoyed a very spirited basketball game featuring some of our staff members versus another local elementary school. Today was “Twin Day” and I was a twin with a couple of other staff members. I guess that means we were technically triplets! This was so fun! Tomorrow we will dress like a rainbow. Each grade is assigned a different color. I’ll wear green since I usually work with a little boy in 3rd grade.
Here is my twin outfit:
When we decided to dress like twins, the teacher I work with, B and I, headed over to Target to get a shirt we could wear. Now I know I said I wouldn’t shop, but I didn’t consider this shopping – it was necessary for work! I do like this this striped shirt though. It’s quite comfortable and they had lots of other colors. The navy pants have been hanging around for quite awhile.
Here is my twin!:
We had a great time picking out our twin outfits – and even more fun going out for a glass of wine to celebrate afterwards!
I can’t tell you what a blessing it is for me to work with this lovely lady!
Have a lovely day my friends!
