Words to live by: Proverbs 3:5 Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. Do you have an important decision to make? Or any decision really. Lean on, or put your full weight on our loving God. By doing this, we should not omit our God-given ability to reason, but we should not trust our own ideas to the exclusion of others. Bring your decisions to God in prayer; use the Bible as your guide. He will make your paths straight by both guiding and protecting you.
Happy Monday to you all! It’s Spring break week at my school, so I’m off for the week. Yippee!! We are headed to Nashville and Memphis for a few days. Any place special we should visit? How about restaurant recommendations? If you have any, I would love to hear them in them comments below 🙂
Another thing I have planned for the week is to make some cute succulent gardens like Keira did here. Click on the link for her instructions.
I also hope to finish up a couple of books I’m reading. I hope to get some reviews for you here soon!
I picked up this cardigan from Land’s End to wear with my Easter dress since I knew it would be chilly. Since then, I have already worn it a ton! This is how I wore it to church:
Black and white with a pop of color is one of my favorite style combos. It’s such an easy way to choose an outfit, even if you are in a hurry.
I hope to have a few more posts for you this week since I’m off work. I’ll aim for book reviews, my planting project and of course, more outfits!
Have a lovely day my friends!
